The state of truth. The status of truth as it pertains to literature and media." Kutcher goes on to blab about how the Internet has led to the onslaught of irresponsible journalism and rumor mongering, preaching: “We are our own editors, we are our own publishers and we are our own printers. Therefore, people can bastardize the truth in any way, shape or form that they want and spread that around the world. A lie can travel halfway around the world before the truth can leave someone’s lips.” Then perhaps you ought to tell us the truth, idiot, instead of standing on a soapbox and acting above it all.

Former Bachelor and Bachelorette star DeAnna Pappas and Stephen Stagliano, the twin brother of Bachelor Pad winner Michael Stagliano, are married! The couple wed Saturday in her home state of Georgia. DeAnna Pappas, 29, walked down the aisle in a strapless Disney Bridal wedding gown with a birdcage veil and cowboy boots. "They were giddy with excitement," an observer at the unforgettable affair said. "She looked incredibly happy." Michael Stagliano and Holly Durst, his then-fiance and also a contestant on The Bachelor , originally set the couple up. Stephen proposed in August 2010. Durst and Michael Stagliano went on to win Bachelor Pad this summer, but he was caught off guard by her engagement to cast member Blake Julian. A month after the 17-year old sensation rented out the Staples Center - yes, the entire Staples Center - for a private screening of Titanic for him and Selena Gomez, The Winnipeg Free Press reports that Bieber pulled a similar romantic stunt Friday night in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This time, the couple enjoyed an emptied-out theater and watched Real Steel together. According to the newspaper, Justin and Selena had a cheese pizza delivered to the theater and were whisked away in black Lincoln SUV after the showing. This is the least Bieber can do, really. She will play one of the leads in The Marriage Counselor , Deadline reports, the next project written and directed by Tyler Perry. It is based on a play by the same name and centers around a twist on The Wedding Planner : Jurnee Smollett will portray a marriage counselor who excels in her job, but not in her relationship. Kardashian will take on the role of this character's friend, Ava. The movie starts shooting next week in Atlanta. Perry, of course, has grown into one of the most successful and influential men in Hollywood. His films (Why Did I Get Maried? , Madea's Family Reunion ) typically cater to African-Americans, making Kim a natural fit. She knows all the ins and outs - ins and outs, ins and, oh yes yes, outs - of that community....

"It's a beautiful place to be." The couple is unlikely to have more kids, Carey said, due to her difficult pregnancy.
